1 Scope

This Standard specifies general requirements, content, scope, procedures for standardization examination of automotive product drawing and design document, responsibilities of standardization examination reviewers.

This Standard is applicable to the standardization examination of automotive product drawing and design document.

3 Terms and definitions

For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions defined in QC/T 18 apply.

4 General requirements

4.1 The standardization examination of corresponding product drawing and design document shall be carried out at each stage of preliminary design, technical design and work drawing design of the product.

5 Scope and content of standardization examination

Product standards

a) Whether the designed product specifications, basic parameters and performance indicators meet the relevant standards;

b) Product standardization and the possibility of increasing the degree of standardization;

c) Whether technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and related standards are consistent;

d) Whether meet the requirements of GB/T 20001. 10.

Details list - Whether the details list is filled in the specified order and format.

General

a) Whether the width, format, name and code of the drawing comply with the relevant standards;

b) Whether the content of the title bar and the filling method meet the relevant standards;

c) Whether the drawing of the drawings meets the national standards for mechanical drawings and relevant standards;

d) Whether the terms, symbols, codes, units of measurement, etc. in the drawings comply with the relevant standards;

e) Whether the technical requirements and necessary textual descriptions are concise, concise, fluent, understandable, in compliance with relevant standards, and whether the standards cited are correct and effective;

f) Whether the key features and important features in the drawings meet the relevant standards;

g) Whether the adoption and modification of the drawings meet the requirements of QC/T 4.

a) Whether the tolerances of dimensional tolerances, fits, geometric tolerances, etc. meet the relevant standards;

b) Whether it indicates the necessary dimensions, connection dimensions, installation dimensions;

d) Whether the contents of the parts list and the method of filling in comply with the relevant standards;

e) Whether the serial number is in accordance with the relevant standards.

Parts drawing

a) Whether the marks of the dimensions, surface structure, heat treatment and surface treatment in the drawings comply with the relevant standards;
