Scope

NB/T 47026-2012 is the English-translated version of 金属包垫片.

Double-jacketed gaskets for pressure vessel flanges are what NB/T 47026-2012 sets out, as a recommended standard of the Chinese energy industry. It gives the sizes of these metal-jacketed gaskets and the technical requirements placed on them.

They are the gaskets used with the type B slip-on welding flange of NB/T 47022 and the welding-neck flange of NB/T 47023. The standard cites GB/T 232, GB/T 710, GB/T 2040, GB/T 2518, GB/T 2520, GB/T 3280, GB/T 3880.1 to GB/T 3880.3, GB/T 3985 and JB/T 7758.2.

It supersedes JB/T 4706-2000. Issued on 9 November 2012, it has applied since 1 March 2013.
