NB/T 42005-2013 is the English-translated version of 高压交流电机定子线圈对地绝缘电热老化试验方法.
NB/T 42005-2013 is the Chinese energy industry test method for thermal voltage-endurance testing of the groundwall insulation of stator coils in high voltage alternating current machines.
It concerns the combined thermal and electrical ageing of that main wall insulation, and it carries the Chinese classification K15 and the international classification 20.080.30.
The standard is recommended in status, comes from the National Energy Administration, and is a non-equivalent adoption of IEEE Std 1043-1996 and IEEE Std 1553-2002.
Its procedures are used alongside GB/T 11026.4, GB/T 16927.1, GB/T 16927.2, JB/T 6204 and JB/T 7486. Issued on 7 March 2013, it has applied since 1 August 2013.
