4 System composition
4.1 System architecture
The charging and battery swap operation service system consists of components such as the charging and battery swap service platform and the charging and battery swap service client; a centralized deployment model should be used. Depending on business requirements, the system exchanges information with the charging and battery swap facility supervision platform, other charging and battery swap operation service systems, third-party payment systems, parking lot management systems, etc. See Figure 1 for the system architecture.
4.2 System functions
The functions of the charging and battery swap operation service system include basic functions and extended functions. See Table 1 for the system functions.
Note: Extended functions are not limited to those listed in the Table.
5 System functions
5.1 Functions of charging and battery swapping service platform
5.1.1 Station/equipment management
It shall have functions for managing and maintaining asset records for charging and battery swapping station facilities.
5.1.2 User management
It shall have functions for managing and maintaining platform users, including user registration, login, account management.
5.1.3 Order management
It shall have functions for querying and managing charging and battery swapping orders; it shall be able to generate orders based on metering data from facilities, including start/end times, energy consumed, electricity costs, service fees; provide them to the client for user payment and settlement.
