NB/T 20136-2012 is the Chinese energy industry standard for the entrance and exit of the radiation controlled area of a pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant.

It fixes the basic functions of that access point, the functional and layout design requirements, the control process for entering and leaving, and the basic requirements for the equipment installed there.

It is written for the design of such accesses in PWR plants, and other types of nuclear power plant may take it as a reference. It falls under F65 in the Chinese classification and 27.120.20 internationally, and it quotes GB 18871, GBZ 1-2010, EJ/T 316 and IEC 61098. Issued on 6 January 2012, it has applied since 6 April 2012.
