Scope
NB/T 11525-2024 is the English-translated version of 气动、电动调度单轨吊车技术条件.
NB/T 11525-2024 is the Chinese energy industry standard for pneumatic and electric dispatching monorail cranes, which run on a rail hung from the roadway roof and move equipment over short distances underground, powered by compressed air or by an electric supply unit.
It sets models and basic parameters, environmental conditions, appearance and performance requirements, and inspection methods for traction, braking force and braking distance, maximum speed, lifting beam performance, climbing ability, noise, connection strength, insulation resistance and withstand voltage, and methane alarm power-off.
Inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage complete it. It covers only cranes with fewer than three drive units, which are not to be used for carrying personnel. Issued on 24 May 2024, it has applied since 24 November 2024.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Pneumatic dispatching monorail crane
Suspended on the hanging rail on the top of the tunnel, it uses dragged compressed air as its power source and is mainly used for short-distance dispatching and transportation equipment underground.
Note: Its main components are driving device, braking device, lifting beam, connecting device, etc.
3.2 Electric dispatching monorail crane
It is suspended on the hanging rail of the tunnel roof, with a towing electric or power supply device as the power source, and is mainly used for short-distance dispatching and transportation underground. equipment.
Note: Its main components are power supply unit, electric control box, drive unit, brake device, lifting beam, connecting device, etc.
3.3 Drive device
A complete set of equipment with a pneumatic motor or an electric motor as the core, which provides driving force for the monorail crane.
