1 Scope
This document specifies the overall requirements for grid-connected dispatching and operation of solar thermal power stations, operation management, power generation plan, equipment maintenance, relay Technical requirements for protection and safety automatic devices, dispatching automation, dispatching communications and monitoring system security protection.
This document applies to the grid-connected dispatching and operation management of solar thermal power stations equipped with heat storage systems.

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 40104 apply to this document.
4 General Requirements
4.1 Before a solar thermal power station is connected to the grid for the first time, it should sign a solar thermal power station grid connection dispatch agreement and a power purchase and sales agreement with the power grid company.
The grid connection application form and detailed information shall be submitted 3 months before the first grid connection. The list of information is shown in Appendix A.
4.2 The operating personnel on duty who receive dispatching instructions at solar thermal power stations shall undergo job training and obtain the corresponding qualification certificates. Take up the post.
4.3 The operation and maintenance procedures of the solar thermal power station are complete, and the management system is complete. Before connecting to the grid, the solar thermal power station should The management system shall be submitted to the grid dispatching agency for record.
4.4 The excitation regulator, generator-transformer protection, phasor measurement device and other grid-related equipment of the synchronous generator of the solar thermal power station should have a type
