Scope
NB/T 10527-2021 is the English-translated version of 煤矿立井井壁注浆施工规范.
NB/T 10527-2021 sets out how grouting of the shaft wall in coal mines is designed, carried out and accepted.
It begins with basic requirements on the construction unit and its personnel, technical data, equipment and grouting materials, then covers the design of drilling and grouting, drilling and grouting construction on site, and completion and acceptance of the grouting project.
Terms such as grouting between the two layers of a double shaft wall, grouting behind the shaft wall, the hanging scaffold and the grout diffusion radius are defined, and Appendix A gives a form for the original construction record.
It applies to shaft wall grouting in new, rebuilt, expanded and producing coal mines. Issued on 7 January 2021, the code has applied since 1 April 2021.

Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements for grouting of the shaft wall of coal mines and the standards for engineering design, construction and acceptance.
This standard is applicable to the grouting construction of coal mine shaft wall for new construction, reconstruction, expansion and production.
2 Normative references
The following documents are essential for the application of this document. For dated references, only the dated version applies to this document. For undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this document.

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 15663.2-2008, AQ1083-2011 and the following apply to this document. In order to facilitate With, the following repeats lists some terms and definitions in GB/T 15663.2-2008, AQ1083-2011.
3.1 Inter-wall grouting
When the vertical shaft is supported by two layers of well walls, in order to prevent or block the water leakage of the well wall, the water sealing material is injected into the gap between the two layers of well walls.
Note 1. Rewrite AQ1083-2011, definition 3.12.
Note 2. One of the two main forms of vertical shaft wall grouting.
3.2 Behind-wall grouting
After the vertical shaft is permanently supported, in order to reduce the water spray or strengthen the stratum, the grouting operation is carried out to the back of the shaft wall according to the design requirements.
Note 1. Rewrite GB/T 15663.2-2008, definition 3.38.
Note 2. One of the two main forms of vertical shaft wall grouting.
3.3 Hanging scaffold
It is a liftable working platform suspended in the wellbore for vertical well construction operations and to protect the safety of operators. [AQ1083-2011, Definition 3.9]
3.4 Grout diffusion radius
Taking the grouting hole as the center, the radial outward diffusion of the grout meets the effective distance for the purpose of water plugging and reinforcement. [GB/T 15663.2-2008, definition 3.29]
