1 Scope

This document specifies the basic requirements, design, quality, installation and acceptance, after-sales service and operation and maintenance of household solar water heating system procurement. Technical requirements such as protection.

This document is applicable to bidding activities for purchasing and ordering domestic solar water heating systems with a water capacity of no more than 0.6m³.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 12936 and NB/T 10464.1 apply to this document.

4 Basic requirements

4.1 The general rules for the procurement of domestic solar water heating systems shall comply with the provisions of NB/T 10464.1.

4.2 When the purchaser has special technical requirements for the functions and key equipment of the domestic solar water heating system, it shall be clearly stated in the procurement documents and shall be specified. Determine verification methods and evaluation indicators.

4.3 Safety risk management of domestic solar water heating systems, as well as safety-related design and material selection, manufacturing, installation, use, and after-sales Services and recycling shall comply with the regulations of NB/T 34046.

4.4 The procurement documents shall specify the energy efficiency level of the product and other agreed performance indicators.

5 Design requirements

The design of domestic solar water heating system should meet the requirements of GB/T 19141, GB/T 34377, GB 50015 and GB 50364. The party shall provide relevant materials required for the design.

6 Quality requirements

6.1 The energy efficiency limit value and energy efficiency grade of domestic solar water heating system should meet the requirements of GB 26969.

6.2 The domestic solar water heating system should meet the requirements of GB/T 19141, and the different types of domestic solar water heating system should also comply with Table 1. Provisions.

6.3 The technical requirements for the key components of domestic solar water heating systems shall comply with the requirements in Table 2, and the technical requirements for other components shall be subject to the standards See Appendix A.

6.4 The domestic solar water heating system and key components shall be provided with an inspection report issued by a third-party quality inspection agency with corresponding qualifications. The tested samples shall be With the same model as the purchase object and the production date is within 2 years of the delivery date, other parts should provide conformity certification documents or inspection reports.

7 Installation and acceptance requirements

7.1 The installation, commissioning and acceptance of domestic solar water heating systems shall meet the requirements of GB/T 34377 and GB 50364.

7.2 The purchaser may conduct sampling inspections on the key components transported to the construction site. Inspection items, sampling quantity and judgment rules are negotiated by both parties determine.

7.3 Upon completion acceptance, a third-party inspection agency with corresponding qualifications shall randomly select from the same type of domestic solar water heating system Samples with a minimum of 3 per thousand (the integer should be taken as a decimal number, and the number of samples should be at least 1) shall be inspected on site as agreed in the procurement documents.

8 After-sales service requirements

The after-sales service of domestic solar water heating system shall comply with the regulations of NB/T 34032.

9 Operation and maintenance requirements

The operation and maintenance of household solar water heating systems should meet the requirements of GB 50364.
