1 Scope

This document specifies the basic requirements, design, quality, construction and acceptance, after-sales service and operation and maintenance of solar hot water project procurement. skills requirement.

This document is applicable to bidding activities for purchasing and ordering solar hot water projects with a water capacity greater than 0.6m³.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 12936 and NB/T 10464.1 apply to this document.

4 Basic requirements

4.1 The general rules for solar hot water project procurement shall comply with the provisions of NB/T 10464.1.

4.2 When the purchaser has special technical requirements for the functions and key equipment of the solar hot water project, it shall clearly indicate in the procurement documents and specify verification Methods and evaluation indicators.

5 Design requirements

5.1 The design of the solar hot water project should meet the requirements of GB/T 18713, GB 50015 and GB/T 50364, and the purchaser should provide the design Required relevant information.

5.2 Benefit analysis should be carried out in the design stage of solar hot water projects, and the monitoring system should be designed in accordance with NB/T 10153.

6 Quality requirements

6.1 The solar water heating project shall meet the requirements of GB/T 20095, and the solar water heating system assisted by the air source heat pump shall meet the requirements of GB/T 26973 Provisions.

6.2 The technical requirements for key components used in solar water heating projects should meet the requirements in Table 1, and the technical requirements for other components should be implemented. See Appendix A for standards.

6.3 The key components of the solar hot water project should be provided with an inspection report issued by a third-party quality inspection agency with corresponding qualifications.

The purchase object is of the same model and the production date is within 2 years of the delivery date. For other equipment, components and materials, conformity certification documents or inspection reports should be provided. Report.

7 Construction and acceptance requirements

7.1 The construction, commissioning and acceptance of solar hot water projects shall comply with the provisions of GB 50364 and NB/T 34049, and the supervision shall comply with GB 50319 And NB/T 34049.

7.2 The purchaser may conduct sampling inspections on the key components transported to the construction site. Inspection items, sampling quantity and judgment rules are negotiated by both parties determine.

7.3 Upon completion acceptance, a third-party inspection agency with corresponding qualifications shall conduct inspections in accordance with the provisions of 6.1 or in accordance with the requirements of the procurement documents.

7.4 The solar hot water project can be monitored according to NB/T 10153 and evaluated according to NB/T 10152.

7.5 After completion and acceptance, the supplier shall provide use and maintenance training in accordance with the method, content, time and effect specified in the procurement documents.

8 After-sales service requirements

8.1 The warranty period of solar hot water projects should be no less than 3 years, and it should be clearly stated in the purchase contract.

8.2 The after-sales service of the key components of the solar hot water project shall comply with the relevant national standards or industry standards.

8.3 During the service life of the solar hot water project, the service party shall provide on-site maintenance at least once a year. Appears within the warranty period Quality problems shall be repaired by the service party free of charge; quality problems occurring outside the warranty period shall be repaired by the service party for a fee.

8.4 The purchaser shall clearly indicate the period of after-sales service response and on-site service in the contract, and the service party shall respond to the user in a timely manner according to the requirements of the purchase contract The after-sales service requirements.

9 Operation and maintenance requirements

The operation and maintenance of solar water heating projects should meet the requirements of GB 50364.
