Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard is formulated for the first time.
1 Overview
1.1 Scope
Test and measurement methods.
Note 1. This standard is mainly for circuit breakers used by filter groups in engineering.
Note 2. For ease of use, the AC filter circuit breaker in this standard is referred to as "circuit breaker".
Note 3. The circuit breaker for a large filter group is usually only used to break several parallel filter group circuits, and does not need to bear the closing and closing inrush current conditions in the operating procedure, and The frequency of operation is much lower than that of the circuit breaker for the filter group. Refer to the relevant requirements of the opening and closing test of a single capacitor bank of class C1 in GB/T 1984-2014 begging.

2 Type test
2.1 Overview
2.1.1 Confirm the data used for the sample
GB/T 11022-2011 6.1.3 "Documents for Confirmation of Test Products", 6.1.4 "Documents Contained in Type Test Report" and Appendix A "Confirmation of sample" applies.
All drawing numbers submitted to confirm the key components of the circuit breaker are mandatory.
The drawings included in the report need to be approved by the manufacturer. After final confirmation in the laboratory, each drawing representing the tested product shall be handled And the data sheet appropriately.
2.1.2 Information provided by the manufacturer
The following information should be provided to the laboratory before the test.
2.3 Insulation test
2.3.1 AC and DC combined voltage test
The typical test circuit is shown in Figure 1.
2.4 Check of protection level
When the outdoor circuit breaker and its operating mechanism are in the rain test, each tested surface should be subjected to artificial rain for a duration of 5 min.
During the test, the circuit breaker was opened and closed 10 times each. For other protection levels, please refer to GB/T 11022-2011.
2.5 High and low temperature test
For the gas circuit breaker, record the leakage rate at low temperature and high temperature after tying the sealed bread for 24 hours at the closing position and the opening position respectively.
For hydraulic and gas operating mechanisms, when the low temperature and high temperature tests reach equilibrium, record 24 hours at the opening and closing positions respectively The number of suppressions within.
After the mechanical life test, the circuit breaker of the hydraulic mechanism should be allowed to stand for 24 hours, and the mechanism should not leak oil during the standing period. Do not count more than 5 times.
The number of suppressions by the agency should be recorded in the test report.
2.6 Mechanical and environmental tests
For the convenience of the test, it is believed that the mechanical and environmental tests completed in the O-0.3s-CO-180s-CO operating sequence also meet the requirements O-180s-CO-180s-CO requires mechanical and environmental tests under the operating sequence. It is not necessary to repeat the test under the latter conditions.
The mechanical dispersion measurement of circuit breakers and auxiliary switches should be combined with the routine mechanical operation test cycle specified in 6.101.2 of GB/T 1984-2014.
After the specified operating sequence, 6.101.1.3 of GB/T 1984-2014 applies, and the recording requirements of the operating characteristics are modified as follows Changes and supplements.
--The average speed within 10 ms just after the arc contact is separated during the opening operation of the circuit breaker;
--The average speed of the arc contact within 10 ms just before the circuit breaker closing operation;
--The time difference between arc contact action and auxiliary contact action;
--Maximum, minimum and average value of opening time;
--Maximum, minimum and average closing time;
--Mechanical dispersion.
The following supplementary requirements are made for the M2 mechanical characteristics type test report record.
In the 1st to 3 000 operations, 10 times of just opening, just closing speed, arc contact and auxiliary contact action time difference, opening are recorded every 500 times Action characteristics such as time, closing time, and mechanical dispersion; in 3 001 to 10,000 operations, 10 times of just opening and just closing are recorded every 1,000 times Speed, arc contact and auxiliary contact action time difference, opening time, closing time, mechanical dispersion and other action characteristics.
After the specified operation, the 10 operation characteristic tests were all carried out under the rated operating conditions.
Note: In the mechanical test and before and after the capacitive opening and closing, record the rigid opening and closing speed
2.7 Capacitive current switching test
2.7.1 Overview
For the convenience of the test, it is allowed to supplement the breaking gas pressure to the rated value after the BC1 test.
For circuit breakers with asymmetric current paths, between BC1 and BC2, and in each round of BCM, the terminal should be changed.
In view of the fact that the current switching capabilities of the capacitor bank under different current paths have been evaluated in the BC test and BCM test (when applicable), In order to facilitate the test, for circuit breakers with asymmetrical current paths, there is no need to change the current path in the FC test.
For the BCM test, if these requirements cannot be met in the CO operating cycle due to the limitations of the test station, the BCM test requirements are allowed to be A series of individual closure tests followed a series of CO tests.
It is also allowed not to perform these split tests in two consecutive groups, one group consisting of all C operations and the other group consisting of all CO operations Composition, as long as the number of closing operations at any time during the test period is greater than or equal to the number of opening operations, C and CO operations can be mixed.
Since the main purpose of the closing operation in the BCM test is to reproduce the ablation of the contacts of the circuit breaker, it is recommended to use direct current in the BCM test The source performs a separate closing test to achieve the test purpose of the maximum pre-breakdown energy. The recommended test circuit is given in 2.7.2.
The test procedure for circuit breakers using phase-selective closing technology is given in 2.7.5.

G-gap; ci-the current of the current loop; max peaki-the maximum peak value of inrush current;
Li --load current (current flowing through the circuit breaker under test); vi-the current of the voltage loop; cL-the inductance of the current loop; vL-the inductance of the voltage loop; m --The ratio of the specified test current LI and the current provided by the voltage circuit; n--The ratio of the specified test voltage sU to the actual voltage cU of the current loop; aS-auxiliary circuit breaker;
1 2 3,,aa aS SS - auxiliary circuit breaker; tS-tested circuit breaker;

The typical breaking test circuit is shown in Figure 3 to Figure 5.
2.7.3 Capacitive current switching test procedure
The recommended test sequence is as follows.
1) Carry out BC2 test, 120 CO operations;
2) Carry out BC1 test, 48 O operations;
3) Carry out BCM test, each round includes 120 C operations, 96 CO operations (C in CO operation can be no-load operation Make);
4) Carry out FC test, 12 O operations.
Note: The short arc in the FC test does not require the shortest arc.
2.7.4 State of the circuit breaker after a series of capacitive current switching tests
If one or more heavy breakdowns occur in the capacitive current switching test, and the peak recovery voltage during the capacitive current switching test is lower than the regulation For the specified peak voltage of the insulation state inspection, the insulation state inspection test shall be carried out according to 6.2.11 of GB/T 1984-2014 before the visual inspection.
Test. The following visual inspection is only used to verify that heavy breakdown occurs between the arc contacts. There should be no evidence of breakdown, flashover or Permanent marks. As long as the breaking capacity is not reduced, the parts exposed to the arc in the arc extinguishing device are allowed to burn out. In addition, the main contact should be checked The insulation gaps between (if they are different from arc contacts) should not have any traces of heavy breakdown.
2.7.5 Supplement to the test procedure for circuit breakers using phase-selective closing technology Circuit breakers using phase-selective closing technology should first pass the test items described in 2.9, and then perform capacitive current opening and closing tests in accordance with 2.7.3.this In each test mode, 10% of the closing tests in each test mode are implemented using full voltage closing, and the remaining closing tests are used in accordance with the closing window The maximum closing voltage value is implemented. If a separate closing test is required due to laboratory conditions, in order to accurately control the closing voltage, it is recommended Use the DC power supply as the voltage source to implement the test (see Figure 2).
2.8 Evaluation of internal fault arc effect
For tank circuit breakers that are not equipped with rupture disks, the internal fault arc conditions shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 6 105 in GB/T 7674-201X Test.
2.9 Phase selection and closing test
2.9.1 Overview
Inspection report. The rated closing window must be given before the test and cannot be changed during the test.
During the test, the voltage across the circuit breaker closing coil should be recorded.
Select the gas pressure for the breaking of the phase closing test, use the rated pressure in the test procedure of the new circuit breaker, The lowest functional pressure is used in the test procedure of the device.
For the purpose of test and assessment, only AC power can be used as external voltage source for phase selection and closing.
Since the test conditions of the test room may be different from the system conditions of the tested circuit breaker, during the phase selection and closing test, the test room provided When the measurement signals of test voltage and test current are connected to the input terminals of the phase selection controller of the circuit breaker under test, they shall meet the signal input of the latter Scope of technical requirements.
