This part is the second part of LY/T 1662.

This section provides a unified standard for forestry digital vector based geographic data organization in the digital forestry system.

The geodetic datum of the national basic surveying and mapping data products now coexists with the 1954 series and the 1980 system, but since 1980 the Xi'an coordinate system and the 1985 National Elevation Benchmark will eventually become the land reference and elevation benchmark adopted by various industries and departments in China, so this section the geodetic datum of the data product uses the 1980 Xi'an coordinate system, and the elevation reference uses the 1985 national elevation benchmark.

1 Scope

Forestry Digital Vector Basic Geographic Data includes 1.4000000, 1.1000000, 1.250000, 1.50000, and 1.10000 Vector data. They are products based on national vector terrain data products produced by the State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping. Synthetic products by country the administrative divisions and forestry management areas are divided into two categories. The products managed by the national administrative division unit are divided into the above five scales.

Level, products managed by the Forestry Management Zoning Unit do not contain a scale of 1.4000000.

This part of LY/T 1662 provides uniform regulations for the production technical requirements and operating procedures of the above two types of synthetic products.

This section applies to the processing of vector basic geographic data products in forestry informatization work.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this section.

The 1975 international ellipsoid is used, and the JYD1968.0 system is used as the ellipsoid orientation benchmark. The Yongle Town of Shuyang County, Shaanxi Province is selected as the origin of the earth.

At the ground, the geodetic coordinate system established by multi-point positioning is adopted.
