Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

Drafting.

This document supersedes LY/T 1373-2016 "Halo Projection Centering Machine" and LY/T 2165-2013 "Mechanical Three-Point Centering Woodworking Machine".

Compared with LY/T 1373-2016 and LY/T 2165-2013, the main technical changes are as follows, apart from structural adjustments and editorial modifications.

a) Added terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);

b) The simplified diagram has been modified (see 4.1, 4.2, Chapter 3 of LY/T 1373-2016 and LY/T 2165-2013).

c) Simplified structural diagrams of the mechanical four-point centering machine and the X-Y photoelectric centering machine have been added (see 4.3 and 4.4);

d) The main parameters of the mechanical four-point centering machine and the X-Y photoelectric centering machine have been added (see Chapter 5);

e) The general requirements (see 6.1, 5.1 of LY/T 1373-2016 and LY/T 2165-2013) and the requirements for major components (see 6.2) have been changed.

(See 5.2 of LY/T 2165-2013) and geometric accuracy (see 6.5, 5.2.1 of LY/T 1373-2016, and LY/T 2165-2013).

5.3.1) Working accuracy (see 6.6, 5.2.2 of LY/T 1373-2016, 5.3.2 of LY/T 2165-2013), no-load test (See 6.7, 5.3 of LY/T 1373-2016, and 5.4 of LY/T 2165-2013), load test (see 6.8, LY/T 1373-(5.4 of 2016, 5.5 of LY/T 2165-2013).

f) Assembly requirements and safety requirements have been added (see 6.3 and 6.4);

g) The inspection rules have been changed (see Chapter 7, Chapter 6 of LY/T 1373-2016 and LY/T 2165-2013).

h) The marking, packaging, and storage have been changed (see Chapter 8, Chapter 7 of LY/T 1373-2016 and LY/T 2165-2013).

1 Scope

This document specifies the main parameters, requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, and storage of the centering machine, and describes the corresponding inspection methods.

This document applies to halo projection centering machines, mechanical three-point centering machines, mechanical four-point centering machines, and X-Y photoelectric centering machines used in log veneer cutting.

(Hereinafter referred to as the mind stabilizer).
