Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces JG/T 196-2007 "Cold-formed steel sheet pile". Compared with the JG/T 196-2007 standard, the main technical changes are as follows.

---The standard name was changed to "steel sheet pile";

--- Increased the content of hot rolled steel sheet piles;

--- Adjusted terms and definitions;

--- Revised the classification, code and marking of steel sheet piles;

---Adjusted steel plate pile grades;

---Adjusted the mechanical properties of steel sheet piles;

--- Revised the allowable deviation of the size and shape of the steel sheet pile;

---Adjusted the surface quality requirements of steel sheet piles;

---Adjusted the test content and test method of steel sheet piles;

---Adjusted the inspection rules for steel sheet piles;

--- Added Appendix A cold-formed steel sheet pile informative appendix, added Appendix B hot-rolled steel sheet pile informative appendix.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification, code, marking, ordering content, general requirements,, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, and marking of steel sheet piles.
