1 Foreword

JB/T 9930.5-2015 was issued by MIIT on 30 April 2015 and has been in force since 1 October 2015.

It is one of 13 parts of the JB/T 9930 series.

2 Scope

This standard is a recommended standard of the Chinese machinery industry devoted to pulley-type vertical band sawing machines. Part 5 sets the technical conditions for the manufacture and the acceptance of these machines. It applies to pulley-type vertical band sawing machines whose maximum sawing thickness runs from 250 mm to 2000 mm, and machines of other sizes may be handled by reference to it. Among the standards it quotes are GB 4053.1-2009, GB/T 5226.1-2008, GB/T 9061-2006, GB 16454-2008, GB/T 23570-2009 and JB/T 9930.4-2015. Its classification is J57 in China and 25.080.60 internationally.
