JB/T 9925.1-2019 is the English-translated version of 蜗杆磨床 第1部分：精度检验.
JB/T 9925.1-2019 is part 1 of a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard on worm grinding machines, and it covers the testing of their accuracy. It gives the inspection methods and the corresponding tolerances for the geometric accuracy and the working accuracy of these machine tools, and for the positioning and repeat positioning accuracy of their axes. The part applies to worm grinders of ordinary accuracy with a maximum workpiece diameter of 125 mm to 320 mm and a maximum workpiece length of 500 mm to 4000 mm. Classified J56 and 25.080.99, it builds on GB/T 17421.1-1998 and GB/T 17421.2-2016, the machine tool test code, and on GB/T 19660-2005 and JB/T 2886-2008. It replaced JB/T 9925.1-1999. It was issued on 2 May 2019.
