JB/T 9888-2013 was issued by MIIT on 25 April 2013 and has been in force since 1 September 2013.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 9888-1999.
2 Scope
This standard is the recommended Chinese machinery industry standard on the mechanical slide units of modular machine tools. It gives the requirements that govern the manufacture of these slide units and their acceptance. It applies to modular machine tool slide units of nominal size from 125 mm to 800 mm. It replaces JB/T 9888-1999, issued under the older name of combined machine tool mechanical sliding table. Among the standards it quotes are GB/T 3668.4-1983, GB/T 9061-2006, GB/T 17587.3-2010, GB/T 25375-2010, JB/T 1534-2006, JB/T 3578-2007, JB/T 3579-2007 and JB/T 9889-2013. Its Chinese classification is J58 and its international one 25.080.99.
