JB/T 9100-2014 was issued by MIIT on 9 July 2014 and has been in force since 1 November 2014.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 9100-1999.
2 Scope
This standard is the recommended machinery industry standard of China for auxiliary fans used underground in mines, often called local ventilation fans. It states the requirements governing their design and manufacture, the test methods, the inspection rules, the marking and packaging provisions and the guarantee period.
