JB/T 8784-2014 was issued by MIIT on 9 July 2014 and has been in force since 1 November 2014.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 8784-1998.
2 Scope
Drum-type shakeout machines, the rotating barrels that separate castings from the moulding sand, are governed by JB/T 8784-2014, a recommended standard of the Chinese machinery industry.
