It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 8488.2-1999.
It is one of 5 parts of the JB/T 8488 series.
2 Scope
This standard is the specifications part of the Chinese machinery industry standard for relieving lathes. It lays down the manufacturing requirements and the inspection requirements that these machines have to meet.
