JB/T 8387-2010 was issued by MIIT on 11 February 2010 and has been in force since 1 July 2010.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 8387-1996.
2 Scope
JB/T 8387-2010 is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard belonging to the non-destructive testing instruments group, and it concerns the main parameters of X-ray tubes for industrial detection. The standard covers the main parameters of industrial X-ray tubes of 500 kV and below, together with the values those parameters take.
