It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 8348.1-1996.
It is one of 3 parts of the JB/T 8348 series.
2 Scope
This standard is the first part of a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard and treats the accuracy of underdrive double action drawing presses. It prescribes the geometric accuracy of the machine, the tolerances allowed on it and the methods by which those tolerances are checked. As with the second part of the series, the scope is limited to general purpose underdrive double action drawing presses. It quotes GB/T 10923. It supersedes the 1996 edition, JB/T 8348.1-1996.
