1 Foreword

JB/T 7881.5-2010 was issued by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China on 11 February 2010 and has been in force since 1 July 2010.

It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 7881.5-1999.

It is one of 10 parts of the JB/T 7881 series.

2 Scope

This standard is the fifth part of the recommended Chinese machinery industry standard on sheep shears and its subject is the blades. It fixes the type, the dimensions and the technical requirements of the moving blade and the fixed blade of the standard shearing machine. Its field of application is that moving and fixed blade of the standard shearing machine, and shaped moving and fixed blades may also be made by reference to it. It quotes GB/T 1299 and supersedes JB/T 7881.5-1999. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued it, and its Chinese classification is B92 with the international classification 65.040.10.
