JB/T 7086-2013 was issued by MIIT on 31 December 2013 and has been in force since 1 July 2014.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 7086-1993.
2 Scope
JB/T 7086-2013 is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard that serves as a guide to the assembly process for hand-held motor-operated electric tools. It describes the equipment and tooling to be made ready before assembly, the assembly process itself, and the commissioning that follows. It also sets the quality requirements for the work, the precautions to be observed, the routine inspection, and the packaging of the finished tool.
