JB/T 6418-2010 was issued by MIIT on 11 February 2010 and has been in force since 1 July 2010.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 6418-1992.
2 Scope
This standard is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard that gives a measurement method for cleanliness in separation machinery. It states the basic principles of the cleanliness determination together with the requirements and the methods. Its field of application is cleanliness testing on the parts, components, systems and related products of the hydraulic system of separating machines, and products of other systems may also be tested by reference to it. It quotes GB 394.1-1994, GB 1922, GB/T 6003.1 and GB/T 20082. The standard replaces JB/T 6418-1992, was issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and carries the Chinese classification J77 and ICS 73.120.
