JB/T 4389-2011 is the English-translated version of 食品搅拌机.

JB/T 4389-2011 is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for the food mixer. It fixes the terms and definitions for the machine, the classification of the products, the technical requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the provisions for marking, packaging, transport and storage. The mixers it applies to are those used for beating egg mixtures, for mixing fillings and for other similar materials in a flowing state. Among the standards it quotes are GB/T 191, GB 1002, GB 2099.1, GB 4706.1, GB 5226.1-2008 and SB/T 222. X99 is its Chinese classification and 67.260 its international classification. It stands in place of the earlier edition JB/T 4389-1999.
