2 Scope

This standard is the recommended Chinese machinery industry standard that sets the specifications for planer type boring and milling machines with a horizontal spindle. This second part states the requirements for the design, manufacture and acceptance of these machines. It covers ordinary and CNC planer type horizontal boring and milling machines, referred to as machine tools. The standard carries Chinese classification J54 and international classification 25.080.20. Among the standards it quotes are GB/T 5226.1-2019, GB/T 9061-2006, GB 15760-2004, GB/T 17421.5-2015, GB/T 23570-2009, GB/T 23572-2009, GB/T 25374-2010 and JB/T 4373.1-2019.
