2 Scope

This standard is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard on the accuracy of planer type boring and milling machines with a horizontal spindle. Part 1 gives the inspection methods and the tolerances for geometric accuracy, working accuracy, and the positioning and repeat positioning accuracy of the CNC axes on machines of general purpose and general accuracy. It is used for the accuracy testing of both ordinary and CNC planer type machines, and it does not cover operation checks such as vibration, abnormal noise and uneven movement of parts, nor characteristic checks such as speed and feed. It is a modified adoption of ISO 3070-3:2007 and quotes GB/T 1182-2018, GB/T 17421.1-1998 and GB/T 17421.2-2016. It replaces JB/T 4373-1999.
