Scope

JB/T 6086-2013 is the English-translated version of 数控龙门镗铣床精度检验.

The machines it addresses are general purpose CNC gantry machines of general accuracy with table widths from 1000 mm to 8000 mm. It is a modified adoption of ISO 8636-1-2000 and quotes GB/T 17421.1-1998 and GB/T 17421.2-2000.

The 1992 edition, JB/T 6086-1992, is replaced by it. Chinese classification J54 and international classification 25.040.20 are recorded, under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

1 Foreword

JB/T 6086-2013 was issued by MIIT on 31 December 2013 and has been in force since 1 July 2014.

It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 6086-1992.

2 Scope

JB/T 6086-2013 is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard on the accuracy testing of CNC portal type boring and milling machines. It prescribes the geometric accuracy of the machine, the accuracy of the work it produces and the tests for both, together with the corresponding positioning tolerances of the axes. The machines it addresses are general purpose CNC gantry machines of general accuracy with table widths from 1000 mm to 8000 mm. It is a modified adoption of ISO 8636-1-2000 and quotes GB/T 17421.1-1998 and GB/T 17421.2-2000. The 1992 edition, JB/T 6086-1992, is replaced by it. Chinese classification J54 and international classification 25.040.20 are recorded, under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
