JB/T 4287-2015 was issued by MIIT on 30 April 2015 and has been in force since 1 October 2015.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 4287-1999.
2 Scope
This standard is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for mine hoisting winches with band brakes. It sets out the types and basic parameters of the winch, the technical requirements, the test methods and the inspection rules, and closes with the provisions on marking, packaging, transport and storage. Its application is confined to the band braked mine winches, in both flameproof and non-flameproof form, used to raise and lower materials in coal mines and in metal and non-metal ore mines.
