1 Foreword

JB/T 4279.14-2008 was issued by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China on 1 February 2008 and has been in force since 1 July 2008.

It is one of 30 parts of the JB/T 4279 series.

2 Scope

Solderability testers are the object of JB/T 4279.14-2008, the fourteenth part of the recommended Chinese machinery industry standard on verification procedures for test equipment of enamelled winding wire. For the soldering tester the standard specifies the test items and the technical requirements set against them, the apparatus used in the check, the test methods, and the treatment of the test results. The check it provides for is carried out on soldering testers for enamelled round wire. The document carries the Chinese classification K12 and the international classification 29.060, and it quotes JB/T 4279.1-2008.
