1 Foreword

JB/T 3875.2-2017 was issued by MIIT on 9 January 2017 and has been in force since 1 October 2017.

It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 3875.2-1999.

It is one of 5 parts of the JB/T 3875 series.

2 Scope

This standard is the accuracy-testing part of the Chinese machinery industry standard for universal tool and cutter grinding machines. It states the requirements for geometric accuracy and working accuracy, the methods by which each is checked and the tolerances that apply. It covers universal tool grinders of normal and high precision grade, and CNC universal tool grinders, taking a workpiece up to 320 mm in diameter. It quotes GB/T 17421.1, GB/T 17421.2 and GB/T 19660. It supersedes JB/T 3875.2-1999. The Chinese classification given for it is J55, and it is issued as a recommended standard.
