JB/T 3317.2-2013 was issued by MIIT on 31 December 2013 and has been in force since 1 July 2014.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 3317.2-1999.
It is one of 5 parts of the JB/T 3317 series.
2 Scope
This standard is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard, Part 2 of the multi-tool chucking lathe series, and it holds the specifications. It lays down the technical requirements that govern the design, the manufacture and the acceptance of these lathes. It applies to multi-tool chucking lathes whose maximum turning diameter over the carriage is 500 mm.
