2 Scope
This standard is the part of the Chinese machinery industry standard on thread grinding machines that deals with machine tools having a movable wheelhead. It gives the inspection methods and the corresponding tolerances for geometric accuracy, working accuracy, axis positioning accuracy and repeatability of positioning. The part covers ordinary-precision thread grinders and lead screw grinders of that type with a maximum workpiece diameter from 125 mm to 500 mm and a maximum workpiece length from 3000 mm to 10000 mm.
