1 Foreword
JB/T 20085-2014 was issued by MIIT on 9 July 2014 and has been in force since 1 November 2014.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 20085-2006.
2 Scope
JB/T 20085-2014 is the recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for tunnel microwave dryers, drying equipment of the kind used on pharmaceutical production lines. It sets out how such machines are classified and marked, the requirements they have to meet, the test methods used to check them and the inspection rules that govern acceptance, together with provisions for marking, packaging, transport and storage. Its field of application is tunnel-type microwave drying machines. Normative references include GB/T 191, GB 5226.1-2008, GB/T 9969, GB/T 13384, GB/T 24342-2009 and YY/T 0216.
