Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces JB/T 20052-2005. Compared with JB/T 20052-2005, the main technical changes of this standard are as follows.

--- Delete the terms and definitions of "in-line" and "circular" (see 3.4 and 3.5 of the 2005 edition);

--- Delete the product classification, specification series and basic parameters (see 4.1, 4.2 of the 2005 edition);

--- Revised the preparation method of pharmaceutical machinery product model (see 4.1, 4.3 of the 2005 edition);

--- Revised the material requirements (see 5.1.1, 5.1.1 of the 2005 edition);

--- Revised the surface quality requirements (see 5.1.2, 5.1.2 of the 2005 edition);

--- Deleted the conveying capacity (see 5.2.1 of the 2005 edition);

--- Revised the belt speed requirements (see 5.3, 5.2.2 of the 2005 edition);

--- Modify the requirements for starting, running and stopping (see 5.4.1, 5.3.1 of the 2005 edition);

--- Revised the selection ability requirements (see 5.4.2, 5.4.1, 5.4.2 of the 2005 edition);

--- Modified the electrical safety requirements (see 5.7, 5.6 of the 2005 edition);

--- Modified the surface treatment test (see 6.1.2, 6.1.2 of the 2005 edition);

--- Modified starting, running and stopping tests (see 6.4.1, 6.3.1 of the 2005 edition);

--- Modified the selection ability test (see 6.4.2, 6.4.1, 6.4.2 of the 2005 edition);

--- Modified the electrical safety test (see 6.7, 6.6 of the 2005 edition);

--- Modified the factory inspection (see 7.2, 7.2 of the 2005 edition);

--- Modified sampling (see 7.3.3, 7.3.2 of the 2005 edition).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the markings, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, instruction manuals, packaging, transportation and storage of variable frequency air separators.

This standard applies to the frequency conversion wind separator (hereinafter referred to as "wind separator") for the purification and selection of Chinese medicinal materials.
