1 Foreword

JB/T 14108-2020 was issued by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China on 9 December 2020 and has been in force since 1 July 2021.

2 Scope

This standard is the Chinese machinery industry standard covering Delta parallel robots used for packaging and the end effectors fitted to them. It gives the terms, definitions and classifications for these robots, and then their model designation, performance, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules, closing with marking, packaging, transport and storage. It is written for the packaging equipment field, for machines that carry out packaging operations and whose kinematic structure is of the Delta parallel type. The recommended standard carries the Chinese classification J28. Among the documents it quotes are GB/T 4208-2017, GB/T 5226.1-2019, GB 11291.1 and GB/T 20867.
