JB/T 1269-2014 was issued by MIIT on 6 May 2014 and has been in force since 1 October 2014.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 1269-2002, JB/T 1269-1993.
2 Scope
This standard is the recommended Chinese machinery industry technical specification for magnetic ring forgings used in turbine generators. It covers the requirements to be agreed when ordering carbon steel and alloy steel magnetic ring forgings, the manufacturing process, the technical requirements, the test methods and inspection rules, and the quality certificates and marks that go with the parts. The forgings concerned are those fitted to turbine generators. The specification relies on the chemical analysis series GB/T 223, from GB/T 223.11 through GB/T 223.31, for the composition checks. It replaces JB/T 1269-2002.
