1 Foreword
JB/T 7030-2014 was issued by MIIT on 9 July 2014 and has been in force since 1 November 2014.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 7030-2002, JB/T 7030-1993.
2 Scope
This standard is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for the Mn18Cr18N nonmagnetic retaining ring forgings fitted to turbine generators. It states the order requirements, the manufacturing process, the technical requirements, the inspection rules and test methods, and the quality certificate and marking for these forgings. Ordering and acceptance of retaining ring forgings in this grade are what it serves. GB/T 222 and the chemical analysis methods of the GB/T 223 series are among the standards quoted with it. It replaces JB/T 1268-2002, and JB/T 7030-2002 is named as superseded as well.
