JB/T 12623-2016 is the English-translated version of 液化天然气用蝶阀.
JB/T 12623-2016 is a recommended standard of the Chinese machinery industry for the steel butterfly valves used with liquefied natural gas. It fixes their structural type, the technical requirements, the inspection and test methods, the inspection rules and the provisions for marking, protection, packaging and storage.
