JB/T 10219-2011 is the English-translated version of 防爆梁式起重机.

JB/T 10219-2011 was issued by MIIT on 15 August 2011 and has been in force since 1 November 2011.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 10219-2001.
2 Scope
This standard is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for explosion-proof beam cranes whose lifting mechanism is an explosion-proof hoist.
