1 Foreword

JB/T 10173-2010 was issued by MIIT on 11 February 2010 and has been in force since 1 July 2010.

It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 10173-2000.

2 Scope

This standard is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for the mobile ground auxiliary facilities that serve on-site mixing and charging explosive trucks. It fixes the terminology and definitions, the product categories and the model designation for these facilities, then their requirements, test methods and inspection rules, and the provisions for marks, instructions, packaging, transport and storage. The facilities in its field include living vehicles, power supply vehicles and vehicles for preparing raw materials, working with the on-site mixing trucks. Among the standards it quotes are GB 5226.1, GB 5749 and GB 50016. It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 10173-2000.
