Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009 "Standardization Guide Part 1. Standard Structure and Preparation".

JB 20029-2004 "autoclave distilled water machine" be revised.

This standard replaces JB 20029-2004 "autoclave distilled water machine." this standard compared with JB 20029-2004, in addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes as follows.

a) Delete the following terms in JB 20029-2004.

--- Specifications and basic parameters (see 3.3);

--- The main material requirements (see 4.5);

--- Manufacturing quality requirements (see 4.6);

--- Appearance quality (see 2004 version 4.12).

b) revised the following terms in JB 20029-2004.

--- Update the reference file version number to make it consistent with the latest version;

--- Revised model compilation, marking examples (see 3.1, 3.2; 2004 version 3.1, 3.2);

--- revised distilled water machine load noise (see 4.4.9; 2004 version 4.6.5);

--- Electrical safety performance requirements (see 4.6; 2004 version 4.9).

c) The following new clauses have been added.

--- Design and manufacture requirements (see 4.1);

--- Material requirements (see 4.2);

--- Appearance requirements (see 4.3);

--- Performance requirements (see 4.4);

--- Finished product quality and product quality test terms (see 4.5,5.5);

--- Test methods to increase the content and requirements of the corresponding provisions (see Chapter 5; 2004 edition Chapter 5);

--- Compressor vibration speed and compressor vibration speed measurement (see 4.4.10; 5.4.10).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the hot pressure distilled water machine markings, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, instructions, packaging, transportation and store.

This standard applies to the steam compressor on the secondary steam compression system for the preparation of distilled water pressure distilled water machine (hereinafter referred to as "distillation waterplane").
