1 Scope

The sampling filter with analytical balance was put into Soxhlet extractor extraction tube, the connection has been dried and precisely weighed receiving flask, the upper end of the condenser is added anhydrous ether 40ml, placed on a water bath heated to reflux, extraction 4h.
