It specifies the test method for determining the hydrophilicity, or absorbency, of this type of softener. The procedure is intended for amino silicone oil softeners used as textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries and not for other classes of silicone product. Its Chinese classification is G70 and its international classification 71.100.40. The determination is carried out together with GB/T 2374-2007, GB/T 6529, GB/T 6682, GB/T 7568.2 and HG/T 4266. Issued on 15 January 2016, it has applied since 1 July 2016.
