HG/T 4046-2014 is the English-translated version of 反应红RW 200%（活性超级红RW）.
HG/T 4046-2014 is the recommended chemical industry standard for the dye Reactive Red RW 200%, also known as Reactive Super Red RW. It fixes the product requirements and then the sampling, the test methods, the inspection rules and the rules for marking, labelling, packaging, transport and storage. Its purpose is the quality control of Reactive Red RW 200% as produced and supplied, and it is classified G57 with ICS 71.100.01 and 87.060.10. The tests rely on quoted standards such as GB/T 2374-2007, GB/T 2391-2014, GB/T 3920-2008, GB/T 3921-2008, GB/T 4841.1-2006 and GB/T 8427-2008. It replaces the 2008 edition, HG/T 4046-2008. Issued on 24 December 2014, it has applied since 1 June 2015.
