HG/T 3189-2011 is the English-translated version of 水套式石墨氯化氢合成炉.

HG/T 3189-2011 is the Chinese chemical industry standard for water-jacketed graphite hydrogen chloride synthesis furnaces. It sets the product categories, the requirements, the inspection rules and the provisions for signs, packaging and transport. It applies to water-jacketed graphite synthesis furnaces that make hydrogen chloride gas from chlorine and hydrogen, equipment classed under ICS 71.120 and the Chinese classification G94. The furnace is dealt with together with the graphite equipment standards HG/T 2370-2005 and HG/T 20592-2009 and with JB/T 4735-1997. It replaces HG/T 3189-2000. Issued on 20 December 2011, it has applied since 1 July 2012.
