HG/T 4192-2011 is the English-translated version of 氯乙烯合成用低汞触媒.
HG/T 4192-2011 is the Chinese chemical industry standard for low-mercury catalysts used in the synthesis of vinyl chloride. It sets the technical requirements for the catalyst and the test methods and inspection rules that go with them, as well as the provisions for marking, packaging, transport, storage and safety. The catalysts in scope are those made with mercuric chloride as the active ingredient on an activated carbon carrier. Packaging and marking of dangerous goods follow GB 190 and GB 191, sampling follows GB/T 6678 and GB/T 6679, rounding follows GB/T 8170, and the GB/T 7702 series of activated carbon test methods is quoted for several determinations. It falls under Chinese classification G75 and ICS 71.100. Issued on 15 June 2011, it has applied since 1 October 2011.
