HG/T 3046-2011 is the English-translated version of 织物芯输送带外观质量规定.
HG/T 3046-2011 is the recommended Chinese chemical industry standard on the appearance quality of conveyor belts with a textile carcass. It states the appearance quality requirements for such belts and also gives the method by which surface defects are measured. It applies to rubber conveyor belts with a textile core, and it does not apply to patterned belts, steel-cord belts, solid plastic belts or whole-core flame-resistant covered belts. It quotes GB/T 5756. It replaces HG/T 3046-1999. Issued on 20 December 2011, it has applied since 1 July 2012.
