HG/T 30009-2012 is the Chinese chemical industry specification for safety in the production of disperse blue 2BLN, the disperse dye indexed as C.I. Disperse Blue 56. It addresses manufacture from raw materials that include nitric acid, sulfuric acid, anthraquinone, sodium sulfite, nicotinic acid, caustic soda, potassium hydroxide, phenol, sodium sulfide, boric acid and bromine, worked through nitration, purification and condensation. Because it deals with process safety rather than product quality it is classified G01 with ICS 71.020, and it draws on plant and workplace rules such as GB 5083, GB 7231, GB 12158, GB 14050, GB 50016, GB 50057, GB 50058, GBZ 2.1 and GBZ 2.2, together with the HG 23011 to HG 23016 series. It replaces HG A051-1983.
